Connect, Build Resilience, and Find Support
The Connect to Calm Medical Visits support young people ages 12 and older living with chronic health conditions. The group offers a welcoming space to connect with peers who share similar experiences, build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create a sense of community, belonging, and CALM.

Led by the Wellness Center’s Nurse Practitioner and Social Worker, these activities are designed to support participants as they build resilience and navigate life with a chronic health condition.
